UPDATE ON DAVE'S DAD

After spending several days in ICU and a regular room, they have sent his dad home. They have determined that he does have cancer in his lymph nodes. They are sending him for a PET scan on Thursday and have scheduled his chemo to begin on Monday. His memory is bad and he has to have a walker to move around. His throat and mouth is full of blisters because of the heavy medicine they were pumping through him (or so the doctor says). The doctor said that he is pretty sure that they caught this in the very early stage and it should go away with a couple chemo treatments. Please pray that his memory comes back and he regains his strength(he has lost 25 pounds)and that the doctor is correct in his diagnosis. Thanks to everyone who has been praying for him!
